As previous reviews, this was for a knee injury caused by an accident. Torn cartilage on the inside of my right knee. Arthritis has then set in, in this area. I’ve completed 12 sessions having between 2-3 a week. I’ve found that this has helped greatly alongside a course of acupuncture. I wanted to treat my condition holistically and not rely on pain killers and reduce the swelling that causes the inflammation. Which results in reduced mobility and stiffness. I would recommend anyone suffering from pain and or injury to just give it a try as it worked for me. Or arthritic conditions of joints etc. it’s a very relaxing 20 minute session. Lovely and warm and u are made to feel very comfortable and cosy. Thank you to Sue and all the members of staff that helped set me up on the couch and made me very comfortable. (SEP 23) |

I left feeling and looking so much better. I cannot wait to come back. The facial itself was so relaxing and I really felt like the time wasn't rushed at all. I particularly liked learning more about my skin type and how to look after it and I didn't feel like products were pushed on me (which often happens after a typical salon visit!) I came away feeling relaxed, reenergised and extremely informed on how to adapt my skincare routine. I have booked my next one at the end of September and cannot wait.
