Shipping policy

We will notify you via email or text as soon as your order has been dispatched and update you with any relevant tracking information. Please allow 1-2 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

Casabella House of Beauty offers delivery within the U.K which may be via Royal Mail or another delivery partner such as DPD or UPS. We try to use the most efficient and quickest way. The average delivery time for domestic delivery is 3-5 working days. If it is going to take longer, we will let you know.

Please be aware that some products require an online Consultation form to be completed before the order is dispatched. We will be in contact if your order requires this. The online Consultation form is in place to ensure that your requested products are safe and suitable for you to use. 

Standard delivery charge is £6.00 and added to your order during the Checkout process. Standard delivery usually takes between 3-5 working days.

Standard delivery is free on orders over £100. This is automatically applied at the Checkout.

Express delivery costs £8.50 and is an optional choice to add to your order during the Checkout process. Express delivery is usually delivered within 1-2 days of placing your order. Express delivery is subject to availability depending on the items ordered. If we are unable to fulfil your order with Express delivery, we will be in contact within 24 hours to let you know.
