Refund policy

Returns

At Casabella House of Beauty we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange, unless you have had a reaction to a product. You also have 30 days to return the product to us after notifying us of the return request.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, unless you have had a skin response to a product as mentioned above or if you have purchased a Dermalogica Product (see below for Dermalogica Refund Policy).

If you have had a skin response to a product, please stop using the product immediately and contact us straight away by phone. For serious reactions, please call your doctor straight away.

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on products returned for any reason. Before You return any products to us please contact us to make us aware you will be returning your product.  We recommend that you always use a recorded delivery service to return the products as we will not refund any costs until we receive them.

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

- Any item that is returned more than 28 days after delivery

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Casabella House of Beauty Limited, The Warehouse, Little St Mary's Court, Hall Street, Long Melford, Sudbury, Suffolk, CO10 9HY, United Kingdom

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

DERMALOGICA RETURNS POLICY ONLY
We offer a 100% money back guarantee on products returned for any reason. We'll gladly accept returns for any Dermalogica products purchased from casabella.uk.com and will issue a full refund upon receiving your items within 30 days of the PURCHASE date.

For any skin response please follow our guidelines above.

Please contact us within 48hr should you have any discrepancies with your order.

All returns must be pre-approved by us before returning.  Please follow the simple instructions below:

  1. Submit your return via email to melford@casabella.uk.com.  You will be asked to upload a photo of your item. Casabella House of Beauty will not accept images from our website, 3rd party websites or any other images that are not of your own Dermalogica order with packaging. If the images supplied do not meet the guidelines there may be a delay processing your refund.
  2. All other terms i.e. Exchanges, Shipping apply as above.
